WAC portal is not consistent

Sometimes WAC portal does not show correct status. It is not consistent as it throws an error while performing an action (registering the cluster to Azure for example), but then the error will disappear on it's own without doing anything. Recently, I noticed both my nodes randomly disappeared from the connections list - only came back when I re-added the cluster. Not sure what caused that or how to reproduce it, unfortunately. In general though there are a bunch of consistency issues with WAC.
