Servers Spontaneously Moving from Shared Connections to Personal

To Reproduce I cannot reproduce this on demand, but I have seen it happen several times. We have WAC installed with close to 70 server connections. We put them all in the Shared Connections section and we use tags to keep track of various things about them that we can all access.

Occasionally, a server connection spontaneously moves from the "Shared Connections" into my personal connections! I don't want this to happen, nor do I see any way that I could possibly make it happen. When it does, the last connection information is retained, but all of the tags are removed.

Expected behavior I expect the connections to stay in the shared connections forever.

Screenshots & Additional context I have attached a screenshot of my current server list. Here you can see two servers, events2hvac and tumbler in my personal list. When I last accessed these on 6/30 and 7/3, they were in shared connections, not personal.
