Review which permissions could be combined in the install modal

Example: endowment:rpc is one permission with two booleans but is displayed as two separate permissions in the install modal. This could be displayed as a single permission with clearly stated "website" and "snap" when both booleans are true.

Output of this task is a list of recommendations for grouped permissions.
