[Bug]: Multichain - Asset picker doesn't select asset upon open when asset is NFT

Describe the bug

The Asset Picker modal should always display the selected asset (token or NFT) upon open. The asset should also be in selected state. Presently, if the selected asset is an NFT, opening the asset picker displays the "Tokens" tab and the native asset as selected.

Expected behavior

If the user has selected an NFT to send, the asset picker should display the NFTs tab and scroll to the selected NFT.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the new send flow
2. Click the asset dropdown to display the Asset Picker modal
3. Click the NFTs tab and choose an NFT
4. Open the Asset Picker modal again
5. See the "Tokens" tab selected and native token selected
