Proposing Providers changes

Blockfrost Provider

• added hex encoding from Koios provider.
• added endpoint data

1. fingerprint (needed for providing a unique key pair for iterated components)
2. totalSupply (needed for determining if asset is NFT or not)
3. mintingTxHash (might need if checking wallet of nft creator/policy signer)
4. mintCount

Koios Provider

• added endpoint data

Koios also has a timestamp of asset creation, but blockfrost doesnt have this. I find it could be very nice to have as an option for all mesh users
