Offset of camera switches vs. Race-Events

Affects the Fast_Video_Recording_Branch only (commit bf759620c88fcb44c7c282911f104f6ecac666b3)

When recording the identified race-events and switching cameras in a parallel worker threads switching of cameras continous after the recording of the last scene is already completed.

Can be caused either by an offest in the identified starting times.

Syncronization (time) of the both threads needed to mitigate the issue.
