Request: merge fork into main branch & transfer ownership

Hello! 👋

I've been tinkering around with a fork of jspm-loader-css for quite a while now. It seems to have gained a bit of traction and others have requested I merge & take ownership of the main repository. Would you be alright with that?

Creating this PR to have some discussion on the matter first. Presumably I need to fix some merge issues before this can be finalized. I'll try to do that ASAP once I get the green light.
