@o-az I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do this. I have not figured out a way to get a token used in that login that is compatible with Apple Developer...

Unfortunately AppStore Connect API is completely separate from the download/developer websites so using that api token doesn't work.

To use "Xcode-13.4.1.app", you Need to update to the latest version. Xcode version installed on this Mac with macOS Ventura is not compatible. Free from the App Store

Unarchiving step hangs

Sorry for the troubles. You can browse to `~/users/xxx/Library/Application Support/com.robotsandpencils.xcodesapp` find the xip there and try to manually expand. That might give you a better understanding on what's going on....
