"Press Home to Unlock" text persistent after disabling

Describe the bug When enabling the "Hide 'Press Home to Unlock' Text" feature, it does nothing to the text. Even after multiple resprings, it still persists.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable the switch
2. Go to lock screen
3. See error

Expected behavior I expected that the lockscreen text would disappear, but it didn't.

• Device: iPhone 7 (iPhone9,3)
• OS: iOS 13.3

Additional context I'm not sure if this is a real bug with iOS 13 or if it's just my phone. Back when I used an iPhone 6s with iOS 12.4 it worked perfectly.

Can confirm (iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13.3.1) happens here as well.
