[BUG] HC32 SD Init Fail + Gcode Thumbnail preview not working

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

@shadow578 SD/Media card will give "fail" message as if card is not inserted.

This occurs sometimes for no real reason. Sometimes it will start normally, and sometimes by removing and reinserting the card it will work fine.

Another thing is the Gcode Thumbnail preview. For some files this will show and work fine, but when selecting to Print it will freeze, and for other files it will freeze right away, the only way to fix is to power off.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Flash firmware for HC32
2. After reboot, says SD/Media Init fail
3. If it doesn't, remove card and reinsert
