yes i have the same problem on 1.20

Same Windows 8.1 Pro

it just opens a little cmd window and goes away with a empty log

alright, i disabled this to test the program and its now stuck on this screen

alright, i got past that screen, idk how, but now its stuck here, i mean the little circle is spinning, but its not going through
