Same issue here, running on Win Server 2019

I get 22 fps after switching color depth to NV12 in VirtualDub, With default color depth and "AMF Converter" I have 1-2 fps more than with OpenCL one.

I would also love it if there was integration with google cloud tts api. Their voices are quite something. They sound so natural. The cost seems to be quite low...

I just tested with stock board with RPI-B1 stepping. It has the exact same behavior, identical.

I just noticed that, according to the call stack, it's in main() however breakpoints in main() don't work.
