Add wikidata tag when a user adds a wikipedia tag

If I add Wikipedia link it would be great if the wikidata tag would be filled, too. Id does it this way, josm does it when Wikipedia comes from the addon

Basically the problem with this is that there is no one to one relationship between WP articles and WD references.
