Rotate map

I can't rotate the map using two fingers on the screen. This is a huge inconvenience doing mapping on ground because I have to physically rotate myself to set map.

While I've mostly adapted to the lack of rotation, it still confuses me on occasion. For new editors under my training, the inability to rotate the map is a common point of friction.
