Exiting out of a fullscreen map, makes the page scroll to the top

When you enter fullscreen for the map and exit out of fullscreen, the web page gets scrolled to the top.

When exiting fullscreen with the fullscreen control button or the contextmenu button, the web page scrolls to the top, but when you exit fullscreen by pressing the Esc key, the map does not scroll to the top:

Steps to reproduce: on this page if you scroll down and try to fullscreen the map, and then exit out of it (via the contextmenu or the fullscreen control button), the page would have scrolled to the top.
