When keyboard shortcuts are open, attempting to highlight text causes the map to be dragged

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the attribution button
2. Click on 'Keyboard Shortcuts'
3. Attempt to highlight texts on the keyboard shortcuts popup, the map is also dragged
4. Attempt to highlight texts outside of the map (e.g. https://maps4html.org/experiments/styling/dark-mode.html), the text isn't highlighted and the map is dragged
