MapML Accessibility API Mappings

At some point, someone will have to define the MapML Accessibility API Mappings (MapML AAM), similar to e.g. SVG AAM (and later, presumably, ported to HTML AAM). But perhaps this is out of scope and better orchestrated by WICG or a W3C/OGC Working Group.

Curious about what to say about the <map-caption> custom element's accessibility mappings in the spec (can't link to it yet because editing).
