Real Time Weather

I as a android wallpaper user want the wallpaper to display only images that match the weather conditions of my phone (home zip code) location in real time (update every 5-10 minutes).

Looks like we could do something like that using this guide and this api.

I'd have to map the weather to available images and then swap them, which could be challenging, but is a really neat idea.
