Set `max_paralel_dowloads` higher by default?

Is there a reason that is 1 by default? It's much faster to use e.g. 10.

Higher quality on first show? But, overall Tyler hasn't been maintained that much or at all in the past year. So, whatever feedback and improvements as PRs might come, we should merge 🙂
