I believe the projects were highly successful in their goals, however this month (Dec. 2024) will mark the end. DivestOS and its apps (Mull, Mulch, Hypatia, etc) will not receive any further updates.

Cromite is a very good alternative and anyways Mulch still working fine and should not be removed from open_webview until few months.

@grm34 I'm not sure whether it's still accessible after getting archived or not. Also, since it won't get fixes to critical vulnerabilities and similar things, it won't be wise to stay with it at all. In other words, you will make yourself unnecessarily vulnerable by doing so.

It is but there will be no more updates.

You are totally right here but look : Thorium gets updated twice a year, Vanadium doesn't work on most devices/roms (except GOS which requires a Pixel) and for now Cromite is in early dev. Mulch remains usable for the next month or two.

@grm34 I got you there. I'm still suffering from DivestOS's exit and have been using Mulch Webview for years. Cromite remains as our last and only hope,I guess.

AOsmium is a fork of Mulch that also has a webview.
