Bluetooth

The only thing stopping me from using this in production is the missing bluetooth support.

Is there a reason its not enabled on older devices?

Bluetooth is disabled on veyron as it caused issues when suspending/resuming and powering off This might have been fixed, I'll try again in few weeks

I got Bluetooth to work on my Asus C201 with hci_uart and a simple device tree patch. See #308 on SolidHal's PrawnOS.
