fix: Remove item from manners list
"Be excellent to each other" covers it.
Fixes #102
history has shown as that “Be excellent to each other” means a lot of different things to many people. Sadly that doesn't cover anything in particular for some, especially when it comes to the perception of non-excellent behaviours. That's the reason why some things need to be explicitly written out.
(Some people also have a hard time understanding sub-text. Like people who learn english as a foreign language or on any of the neurodivergent spektra.
(“foreign language” meaning, non-native language/non mother tongue.))
