Features not working

I have refactored the code used to hide the homebar as it wasn't working properly. I also fixed the bug with CarPlay not launching when a custom wallpaper is set....

[FEATURE] hide the charging bolt when the battery level reaches 100 just like ios 16.

Added the option to hide the bolt at 100% in the next update and will work on the toggle for CC
