Lock Screen Swipe Down causes Safemode

Describe the bug: Swipe down on lockscreen somehow forces into safe mode.

Process To Reproduce: Turn off all tweaks in iCleaner pro and only keep Lynx2 enabled on. Put phone into sleep. Wake screen to Lock Screen and swipe down.

Problem goes away from 2.4.7 and below. Something changed in 2.4.8 and onwards to latest only has this bug.
