Safe mode when changing orientation on iPad within apps

Describe the bug: instant safe mode crash when changing orientation within apps, can be recreated 10/10. Often also when unlocking iPad the springboard crashes into safe mode. It’s even more frequent when using the original apple folio, when opening it the iPad instantly goes into safe mode. After disabling Lynx 2 in iCleaner or uninstalling it, the problem doesn’t occur anymore.

Process To Reproduce: Simply open an app and rotate iPad to change orientation.
