Lynx 2 crashes Photos app when Delete permanently tweak for Photos is enabled

Describe the bug: The Photos app crashes when attempting to delete a photo or video when viewed or selected while the option "Delete permanently" under Photos tweaks group in Lynx 2 is enabled. The photo or video that was supposed to be deleted was not affected.

Process To Reproduce:

1. Enable "Delete permanently" under Photos group tab and Respring to apply.
2. Go to Photos app and view a photo or video, or select multiple.
3. Attempt to delete it/those.
4. Photos app should crash.
