Text direction is always RTL and there is no way to change it.

The text direction seems to be from right to left and cannot be set to go from left to right for normal English. You have set the variable to change the text direction but there's no way of calling it from the ChatScreen function. Here are screenshots of the code in the package showing that the text direction function is not being called.
