Correspondence between vasopressor in treatment and infusiondrug tables

Hi,

I am wondering if the vasopressor in the treatment table is corresponding to the infusion drug table. In the treatment table, we see three epinephrine are given to the patient 242082 at time offset 107, 240, and 903. However in the infusiondrug table, the timestamp of norepinephrine varies quite a lot from the treatment table.

Is the medication in the treatment table like a prescription (so that we should look for timestamp in infusion table that is later than the treatment record)? Or is the treatment recorded afterwards (so that the infusion drug may have timestamp earlier than the treatment record)? Besides, could there be multiple norepinephrine records in the infusiondrug table that correspond to one record in the treatment table?

Besides, could you elaborate why the "activeupondischarge" state change to True for the last treatment record?
