Jeez man be patient. It's the middle of the night for her.
The discord was not very happy and being impatient like this doesnt help you
And even if it wasnt the middle of the night people have lives calm down
(And also don't forget the mod are under LGPL so if he gives the approval you need to give a link to the source on curseforge, and cortex have found a minor diff of your version compared to ferri_arnus version so if you link to ferri_arnus version it will not be correct)
lol permeating
So a couple of things:
-
you uploaded acedium, which is my fork of nvidium, not nvidium itself (so as such my permision is also needed).
-
In the description you copied, it clearly states why I did not upload the mod to CF. Besides these reasons, any upload should imo also be aproved by cortex and have a point split with her (since like 90% of the code is hers).
-
If this is so you can you use acedium in your pack, you don't need to make a project. Acedium is on the allowed 3rd party mod list, and as such you can simply include the file in your modpack.
-
In my opinion uploading a mod you did not make to CF is morally wrong. There is no reason for you to do it (as per point 3), and if someone was going to, it would be either me or cortex (when/if she makes an official (neo)forge version).
i am just uploading it so it's more assessable users on forging
As ferri said on their github page of acedium they didnt want it to be uploaded to CF or modrinth or anywhere else. please respect this

In short, uploading other peoples mods isn't allowed. There is a reason the mod currently isn't on curseforge, and at the moment that will stay like this. While it does hurt searchability for the mod, that really isn't a big concern of mine, as this is primarily something I did for myself. So if you want to use it, do so. If you want to use it in a modpack, go ahead (as stated before, the file is approved by CF, so you can just include it for the users). However uploading the file yourself to CF (or any other platform) is not allowed.
