IRCv3 chathistory support

I was wondering if there could be support for IRCv3 chathistory. The bouncer I use, soju, supports chathistory so it'd be convenient if Revolution could fetch the chat history from my bouncer.

There is some chat history support from what I remember (message deduplication). Can you elaborate what do you mean by this issue?
