Cannot recognize user certificate

I setup my ZNC bouncer on my server on my local network. I setup SSL for it.

I have added my CA on my phone. I can visit the znc web interface without error on the browser. When I try to connect to my znc bouncer, it shows me a popup saying Failed to verify XXX certificate.

I don't have this issue on apps where I connect to services on my local server.
