Make new message indicator clearer and simpler!

Dear MCMrARM, When one connects to IRC network with Revolution IRC, its confusing with both the "--------------- new messages ------------------------" separator in chat and the "NEW MESSAGES X" popup under the channel name tab in the program.

Please allow users to turn off the new messages popup indicator in settings / options. In case it is already there please point me to it because I cannot find it! Thanks!

That's a bug.

Either the indicator should be visible or the marker, not both at the same time. In any case I think I won't fix this until the new UI arrives.
