mc-w10-version-launcher Will not load game, 1.20.31.1 (error message windows 10)

Whenever i try to load up the game it gives me this error, i don't know what it means so i tried on my SSD and Hard drive and they both don't work. I get this error every time and i also tried the 3.0 version as well as the 4.0 version but i get the same error Broken MC 2

find and delete the backup directory then run it again as admin or something
