cannot download any beta version

when I am trying to download beta Minecraft version it is stuck in download plzz help

Download Xbox Insider Hub and request access to Minecraft Windows 10 Edition betas, then you can download them without problem!

I requested access to Minecraft Windows 10 betas ( Xbox Insider Hub) and I still can't download betas u.u "Download failed"
