New Icons for ReactOS

Purpose

This is to replace the Tango icon set that ReactOS currently uses. These icons are future proof, each one having a 256 x 256 resolution with is the maximum size that Vista+ allows, so when ReactOS starts supporting these kind of sizes, these icons are ready.

These icon set greatly improves the feeling of actually using Windows. It also should reduce the amount of people confusing it with some kind of Linux distro.

This is very Work in Progress, i've done just a couple of Icons.

I am open to suggestions, you may find most of my activity and updates on ReactOS Discord and Mattermost.

Proposed changes

Changes .ico files with a new one.
