Also worth noting here that we can't use a shortcut like `all:unset` as that isn't supported. And we can't set individual properties back to `initial` as that isn't supported either...

Yahoo have since fixed this bug, so I'm closing this issue

I've already quickly added CSS for this by adding a class to the `html` element of `dark` or `light`. I've added a CSS transition to ease the colour change.
