I was thinking about this issue and thought of an additional little tweak that might be nice. Somehow, I managed to make a rough mockup, so I can show what I mean.

This will collide with some of the action forms, so it can't go here. The Actions link is a bit clumsy but it was a decent step forward, a better redesign would be a separate issue. Thanks!
