[BUG] model tolerance change does not update features

Describe your issue

When setting the solver tolerance using model.tol, this will only apply to the feature if it is created after the value has been set.

Add a class watch the model default parameters and to update the features associated with the model.

Minimal reproducing code example

from LoopStructural.datasets import load_claudius
from LoopStructural import GeologicalModel

data, bb=load_claudius()
model=GeologicalModel(bb[0,:],bb[1,:])
model.data = data
model.create_and_add_foliation('strati')
model.tol = 1e-2
model.update()
model['strati'].builder._build_arguments
