[BUG] Can not use localsave for layoutOrientation and iconSize

Describe the problem

When doing setting layoutOrientation and iconSize then save localy, I expect to see layoutOrientation and iconSize change, but I actually see everything stay same.

Check browser local storage, they have layoutOrientation and iconSize value same by my-local-conf.yml, not change anything.

I think that there is a bug with iconSize at the moment, I've seen that too. Not with layoutOrientation though. I'll take a look...
