Gegl does not work in GIMP Appimage.

When I copy and paste the files into /.local/share/gegl-0.4/plug-ins and access GIMP through Appimage, the gegl files don't seem to work, they don't appear in GEGL Operation, is there anything else I should know about this issue?

I am aware it does not work with the official appimage. However it does work with third party appimages.

Seriously, thanks for the clarification. Also another minor detail regarding Color Light Fusion, because Sharpen doesn't seem to work, when I want to use it, it doesn't seem to make effect on the layer/image, but for everything else it's OK, only the sharpen integrated in Color Light Fusion.

Filters of mine "Styles" "Inner Glow" and "Bevel" are officially in GIMP 3 you can use those at least on appimage. Styles the text styler is found in filters>generic>text styling.

During the GIMP 2.99.19 days (summer 2024) color light fusion's sharpen was crashing which caused GIMP to crash freeze so I panic removed that ability. Now I can safely re-add it.
