Flash CI: Buggy since recent release of Lightning Trainer (PL) 1.7 (possibly)

The CI is running with 14 failures. I assume it happened post Lightning Trainer 1.7 release. Let's fix most of them as soon as possible.

PL 1.7 is now supported, there are total 2 legit failures with the CI, one of which will be fixed with the next Lightning Trainer/PL release. The other is about Horovod vs PyTorch incompatibility in the CI job, and will be fixed next week.
