Fan Control missing for Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3

Hello, it seems 2 fan control are missing from GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 (SYS_FAN1 and SYS_FAN3)

Discover this by using Fan Control App (https://github.com/Rem0o/FanControl.Releases) wich rely on LibreHardwareMonitor.

Is it possible to add it ?

I'm no dev (and new on github) so don't know how to contrib myself or don't know if i need to provide more accuracy information about my request.

It uses an IT8620E so there might be some ideas in #269
