Include Committee Amendments, Votes

Hi there,

First of all, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year as well!

It would be useful to have access to structured data around committee amendments (and, if an endpoint for votes is made, committee votes would be great to include as well) via the API.

Being able to see

• who introduced an amendment
• what an amendment is amending
• what type of amendment it is (In the Nature of a Substitute, for instance. Unsure if there are others)
• what meeting it was introduced in
• whether it has been applied to the amended item or not

...along with other details, I'm sure, would be useful.
