I was testing a weather app from google play store called: Weather forecast by Accurate Weather Forecast & Weather Radar Map. It appears that they operate under the domains:

swtapi.tohapp.com sradar.tohapp.com

They need the above domains for the app to display the weather data properly. The weather app itself seemed reliable with 4.8 stars at 30k reviews, so do consider unblocking said domain.
