Added init_windows.ps1 that checks for an occurence of /tests/node_modules/@types/fvtt-types and removes it if it's there, then creates a Junction from that path to root of the project, which is assumed to be the same folder as the script is in.

You can safely run this script from any other folder. (Famous last words)
