@Spice-King interesting, that this passes, since with this, tsd uses TS 4.8 under the hood, which doesn’t work with the tinymce types. Pretty confusing…

I think it turns on the skipLibCheck for tests, which is the exact setting to ignore bad upstream lib types, while TS's proper tsc still uses our config file as is.
