Train and evaluate learner tab is not reset if learner is changed in learner tab

To replicate: initialize workflow until 4 and complete all train and evaluate steps. Now change the learner to any other in the learner tab, press go and initialize it. Now go back to tab 4 and see that the UI hasn't been reset, despite the learner being deleted and changed.

@Jiaro Any idea why that is? Should have to do with the new way of keeping track of learners?
