tunnel.ashx and tunnel.aspx not working due to access denied error

hello have problem not accessing the C:\windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework64\v4.0.30319\temporary ASP.NET Files....\tunnel.ashx.xxxxx.xxx.dll and getting an iis access denied error page, how to resolve this issue?

1. can I rewrite some part of agents code for solving this dependency issue?
2. can I embed the needed classes in someway that access to this dll is not important anymore?
