Feature: Default Severity

Regarding the severity level, is it possible to have the "default" value indicated? Anywy, great idea! It's really hard to cook an editorconfig file by ourself.

I think this is a good idea. I will have to look into whether there is actually any default either suggested by Microsoft, the .EditorConfig standard or if this is normally totally up to each individual IDE.
