clean up javadocs and code to look nicer

This PR looks huge but it changes nothing in the actual code of kosherjava. All I did in this PR is:

  • Clean up some typos and double words
  • add spaces to some if statements
  • reword a sentence to help people understand the documentation better.

Please let me know if you want to keep some things.
